Super fine 6" rattan grip
With the popularity of our How to Make a Rattan Grip video series, I’ve received many requests to offer fully finished rattan grips.
Each grip is handcrafted in-house, starting with a high-quality 6" cigar grip. I carefully wrap it with our superfine rattan (with no more than one splice per grip) using waterproof glue—not the double-sided tape commonly found on mass-produced versions. Every grip features more than 75 tightly packed wraps.
To achieve the signature segmented look and feel, I add a single strand of kimono silk between each wrap. The grip is then sealed with four hand-applied coats of spar varnish, creating a medium amber patina that deepens beautifully over time. Each grip is fully cured and ready to install. Priced per individual grip.
