Black Nickel and Chrome Narrow Profile Winding Checks
Our new narrow profile winding checks are perfect for creating a professional transition between the blank and the front of the grip. Each check features a clean modern profile. checks are machined from brass and then plated in a chrome and a black nickel finish. We offer checks ranging from 6.5mm to 14.0mm. These winding checks are machined from solid brass and have been plated to perfectly match the finish on Snake Brand Guides. These checks feature a gentle taper with a light knurling at the base. These checks will not corrode and discolor over time. They will provide a lifetime of durable protection. Available in 16 sizes and two finishes these checks can cover 2wt. blanks all the way up to spey rods. The perfect compliment for any fly rod building project.
